Hi our WiiU gamepad has just come back from. Nintendo however it seems to be frozen on a screen saying.
Turn on the TV & WiiU console, then switch to input setting for WiiU on the TV.

I've done this but can't cler the message from the game pad any help gratefully accepted

You could try re syncing the gamepad.

Take out the battery from gamepad, wait ab. 5 minutes, put it back and try again.
