I was playing The Last Story (Wii game) on my Wii U, I already have a Wiimote + Classic Controller.

so I started the game and plugged the Classic Controller into the Wiimote and suddenly the character started walking to the right on his own.

I unplugged the Classic Controller from the Wiimote and plugged it back again and he started walking straight on his own, I unplugged it one more time and now the camera is rotating on its own...

what am I doing wrong ?

Could be a faulty classic controller. Have you tried resetting the system or resyncing the Wii remote?

I tried restarting the system and unplugging the controlling and plugging it back again the problem still exist.

and I also tried the controller on the friend's Wii and it works just fine, and the controller works fine on my Wii U on the Wii menu, this happens when I play the game

Don't touch the controls while you are starting the game, or plugging it back in. Once it reads that you were pressing to the right, it will count that as the starting position of control in the game.

I thought if the stick had issues like that you could re calibrate by pausing and rotating the sticks and let them snap back to centre again.
