"M rated and action oriented games" are considered hardcore... Great, you are one of those people.

"Hardcore" and "casual" has lost its true meaning long ago, so I stopped caring about it and only like games that I want to like and not because of its content and rating.

The only thing that the PS3 and 360 lack in would be the mario, donkey kong link and any other nintendo mascot game, which is the sole and only reason that I get Nintendo consoles.

One of which is a hardcore game. Since 2006 there has been five CoDs released. The Wii is only missing one (Modern Warfare 2.) Gears of War is exclusive, as is inFamous. But if you want to play like that then so can I. Tales of Symphonia 2, Dead Space Extraction, No More Heroes 1 and 2, Madworld, Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition, Monster Hunter 3, GoldenEye 007, Little King's Story, Call of Duty 3, World at War, Call of Duty 4, and Black Ops, The Conduit 1 and 2, and... Red steel 2 are all pretty hardcore brah.

It's more of an opinion or point of view, that decides it, but when you think of a hardcore viddeogam,e, do you think of Just dance 2 and Kirby's Epic Yarn, or do you think of violence and high speed racing and realism?

Thats not what this topic is about! We are talking genres. Platforming games, party games, and puzzle games are a few genres they lack in. Not bashing them just saying.

I was giving examples, just because they are exclusives doesnt mean they aren't hardcore. Oh and go to youtube and look at a comparison between a COD on Wii and one on 360 or PS3 and then we will talk. Oh and 1 last thing how come the COD WOW on PS3 and 360 has Nazi Zombies, but Wii doesn't??????

When I think of Hard Core gaming, I do think of Just Dance 2. Since I bought it, my mom plays it everyday for at least an hour, She doesn't even need to watch the screen anymore to pull off the routines. Like I said before Hardcore isn't the games you play, it's how you play.

Which is why I said it is the sole reaon I have a Wii. I couldn't stand one second of having a 360 or PS3 and not haveing a Wii, because I love Nintendo's frist party games.

The Wii had plenty hardcore games. Twilight Princess, (and soon Skyward sword), Mario Galaxy 1 and 2,
Metroid prime Trilogy, Other M, Mega man 9 and 10 (Wiiware) Punch-Out, Donkey Kong country Returns,
Sin And Punishment 2, Should I keep going or do you get the idea?

So did I and now you should be replying to my comment above. Who cares? You asked why the Wii doesn't have hardcore games like CoD but... wait it does? But its not good enough or hardcore enough because the graphics are terrible? For shame.

No body make me out to be the bad guy here, because i'm not, I hate the PS3 and 360 for always bashing the Wii because they have a stupid plumber that saves a princess. I always say to them who the F*** cares if its fun. Where as the 360 has the Halo games, that are never ever different and no variety.

on a more serious note, you are the one who is complaining about the lack of "hardcore games" on Wii.

I say us proud Nintendo fans if possible wage a digital war with the 360 and PS3 fans. I would love to be the person who makes the game that is for every console and has an all out BRAWL, where the whole Super smash Bros. characters fight against all of the major PS3 and 360 mascots combined.

Then you have never sat down and played a Halo game. Fanboys say that about CoD all the time but if you would play a few CoD games you would know how significantly different they are.
