Found out first hand today, for any who we're wondering.

My first game on the 6th page created a 7th page on the menu. Whew! That's a relief.

I have 10 pages, but I still cannot organise my games how I want. I would like to organise my VC games on separate pages

I really want folders to organize my VC games.

I'm not surprised that Wii U Menu does that starting with 75 apps, and then add more pages at every 15 apps.
If I remember correctly, it's possible to have up to 300 apps on a menu.

I am never playing more than a full page worth of games at once.

No point in having multiple pages and folders. Multiple pages is just as fast anyway.

There is stuff I want added
Full Range RGB so I can use a projector instead of a TV.
Precaching physical disks to the HDD.
Support for using an SSD instead of a HDD (512GB are not unreasonably priced now).

What do you mean, supporting SSD's? the Wii U doesn't even use an internal HDD, it uses flash. If you want to use an external SSD (which are NOT reasonably priced) it won't be much faster than an external HDD, because USB 2.0

First one you can do, second I agree would help with some games load times and third is a stupid waste of money that would barely improve performance of download games if it does at all.

I have a hard time understanding why there is no option for adding folders. It seems like such an easy option to code into the UI.

I know it uses flash but there is nowhere near enough of it and external usb hdd's are not as good as the internal flash.

Better access times - silent. (I am bothered about silence - reason why I dislike physical disks so much with the fan noise).

I don't think it would work well just as it is.

£200 is not a bad price. (Don't mind buying hardware but when it is a totally untested configuration I won't).

How can you do it ? (I cannot find any option for Full Range RGB only the default Limited Range which is washed out on my projector there is no way to change it on the projector).

£200 for silence isn't a waste of money to me. (Far more hassle and cost to get it for my PC).

The 300 games limit on the Wii U menu is so stupid.
On Wii you could change (half-full) SD Cards easily, but on Wii U you have to change half-full usb harddrives?
What is Nintendo thinking???
These limitations should stop already. I didn't buy a 2 Terrabyte harddrive for my Wii U to leave 1,5 Terrabytes unused.
Do they expect me to buy several smaller harddrives?

I also had a seventh empty page appear when I hit some kind of threshold (page six isn't full yet). Where is this idea of a menu item limit coming from? Has Nintendo said this?

It's confirmed on the Wii U Menu Electronic Manual (pressing Home Button while on the Wii U Menu), page 4.
So yes, it's a first hand confirmation. I don't know if it was there day one or if it was added in one of the updates.

I would hope it's a limit that can be increased. Agreed that seems a bit silly when a successful VC and eShop could mean there are thousands of titles eventually available!
