Definitely Zelda for me. Not every game in the series is top tier levels of awesome, but even the "lesser" entries (like the Oracle & DS games) I would still rate above average, with unique and worthy ideas. Of course, the series does have it's fair share of top tier games as well (like TP, ALttP, & MC).
Metroid & Mario are close runners up, but although they have their top tier games as well (Super Metroid, SMW, Fusion, Galaxy), they also have games that I'd consider to be average (though definitely not bad), like Metroid II & SML.
Though TBH, I find all three original NES titles (SMB, Zelda 1, Metroid) have aged to the point that they're not that fun anymore (Metroid has it worst, though).

As much as I love all these franchises, Pikmin is the one that hits me on an emotional level.

Zelda is nice, but I'm not a massive fan.. Mario is okayyyyyy, I would had went for Pokémon, but after getting my hands on Fire Emblem Awakening, Scared Stones AND Radiant Dawn my vote goes to fire emblem
Easily Fire Emblem! Path of Radiance and Awakening are such great games and though Radiant Dawn has major problems with Part 1 difficulty wise, once you finish it the rest of the game is mainly enjoyable.
