Believe it or not, but the game I've played, beaten, & enjoyed the most on my WiiU would have to be Walking Dead: Survival Instinct. Just SO much fun. Beat it 7 times before I moved on to another game.
Next would have to be Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD. I also really like 3D World & Pikmin 3. To be honest though, I haven't played enough of any of them to really know. Except WW, but that's bc I played it so much on GC.

MOST ANTICIPATED WiiU GAMES:
1. Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker
2. The Legend of Zelda U
3. Sonic BOOM
4. Mario Vs. Donkey Kong
5. Splatoon
There are a handful of other great games... but nothing comes close to touching Super Mario 3D World. Easily my favorite 3D Mario game, and very possibly my favorite Mario game ever. Maybe that sounds stereotypical, but unlike Wii and GameCube consoles before it I really believe that Wii U is worth owning for Mario alone; everything after that is just gravy.
Wonderful 101, Mario Kart 8, Pikmin 3, Mario 3D World, Shovel Knight, Spin the Bottle Bumpie's Party, Nintendo Land and Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze are essential.
