Topic: Excited about possible Wii U VC/Eshop games

I'm probably in the minority here. I'm excited about getting the Wii U like the next nintendo fan and definitely interested in some of the launch games.

BUT I love the opportunity to play more of the old school games I never got to play the first time around especially games from other systems like dreamcast, saturn, and gamecube.... just like when I first got the Wii...

Just with the fact I can play them exclusively on the gamepad I'm already sold on that idea.... Let my wife watch her favorite shows and Let me play on the gamepad... everyone is happy

Well, Dreamcast and Saturn haven't been confirmed yet, but Gamecube has! I'm excited for it as well. Hoping to see SSBM shortly after launch.

yeah SSBM is one of the many games I would play on the gamepad... hope sunshine and windwaker comes out too...

Eh the most wanted dreamcast games are getting ported to chlamydiae/pen anyway. And aren't dreamcast and Saturn crazy hard to emulate.

I'm mostly excited for the original eshop stuff as wiiware was cool and xbla has bee. My faborite part of the 360 for a while mow. Maybe the next shanties could be a wii U game.

Saturn games aren't nearly as hard to properly emulate as Dreamcast games. Not if it's on higher hardware.

i hope dreamcast go on the VC and some saturns like sonic r which people hate but i loved

I'd want sonic jam. It has more content than R.

I just wonder how they will emulate the memory card. NEO GEO can do that, but I've never seen one in my life so I don't know how that works.

How about more arcade games, too?

Heck yes to arcade games. Particularly the Mario Kart Arcade GP games by Namco.

How about they add more split-screen classics like DK64, it's too bad that games like this never came to the wii, and looks like it won't come to the Wii U ×_×

Add Gamecube games to the VC!!!

If it's slow and boring like the 3ds' e-shop, not really at all interested.

I hope they add PlayStation One games to the Wii U. That would be awesome.

I'm only excited about the VC games if they release GameCube games. I have all the N64/NES/SNES etc. etc. games I've wanted on my Wii or 3DS.

Only thing I would do from that selection is mgs1. Oh wait, if we just get gamecube games then everybody wins!
