Well, the Gamecube launched six months after the states release, so one month cannot be to farfetched, if indeed the Wii U launches november for everyone else.

Also they mention that the delay is the reason or no price or date for launch, which is expected to come in a Nintendo Direct confrence along with launch color(s) in September.

Keep in mind that they believe in a November release date, though that has not been confiremd by Nitendo.

Oh hell no. This would be the worst news of the year for me, I just recently saved up around $600 to make sure that I could afford both the console, a game and the Pro controller at launch.

I really hope this isn't true. I'm very much looking forward to the WiiU, especially since I sold my Wii and Ps3 some time ago. I really miss playing games on the TV screen.

I am sorry for the Europeans if this is true. Nintendo cannot control manufacturing problems (not confirmed by Nintendo either). I have no money saved up for the Wii U yet.

Pretty sure Europe getting consoles somewhat later is how it always goes or near enough so wouldn't surprise me if this was true, think we got the 3DS slightly earlier than NA though but other than that it seemed to be the other way around mostly.

So this is the reason why Nintendo have been so nice to EU lately (releasing 3DS XL before US, porting games like Xenoblade before US etc). Trying to make up for the bad news before they even happen.. I knew it was to good to be true..
