The Zelda series bosses are either always really cool or really lame. My favorite though is the final fight with Demise! such a well designed boss fight.

I absolutely love the Zelda boss fights! I actually think they were the main saving grace of Phantom Hourglass.
I think Twilight Princess had some fairly disapointing bosses, their designs were all so stunning but they were almost entirely too easy. I think the minibosses were actually a more interesting challenge in TP. The absence of minibosses in Wind Waker was probably my main criticism of the game but the Ganondorf showdown is probably my favourite boss fight ever.
Koloktos, Ghirahim Moldorach and Demise were great but Skyward Sword had some dud bosses.
Eiji please can we NEVER have to throw bombs into an inhaling enemy again. It was awesome the first time but its really really old now.

My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.

Zelda bosses are generally well thought out with some exceptions. But anyway, For the most part, they are great. The best fight (and one of the few good ones) was Molgera, and after that, the final battle. The final battle of spirit tracks was definitely the best of the game, but the defend sequence that led up to it was incredibly annoying. Bongo Bongo was a great boss, but way to hard for me at the time. Also, every boss except gyorg was great in Majora's mask, along with most of the min-bosses. The best game for the bosses, in my opinion, is Link Between worlds. Unfortunately, quite a few are too easy, but all are fun.

The bosses in Link Between Worlds are pretty cool. Lots of interesting attacks, and strategies that revolve more around your combat skills than puzzle solving or gimmicks.

But I do see your point. Bosses in the series are often a bit... well, too much like a puzzle and a bit scriped to boot. Indeed, I'd say that because of that, most of the bosses in the likes of Luigi's Mansion 2 are arguably better than many actual Zelda bosses, despite being in a similar style.
