Me too. I'd love to download and play some old Gameboy games on the Wii U's tablet. I see no reason why this couldn't happen, other than laziness on Nintendo's part.

Since the tablet doesn't have a 3D screen, putting eShop "3DSWare" on there would be pointless. And DSiWare wouldn't work, cause of the distance between the controller and TV screen.
The only eShop software that would work are Virtual Console games.
yes itll be just like the eShop, youll transfer all your Wii DLs to the Wii U (except maybe a few games) and I can see all your Wii VC titles being shown online like how your NES/GB/GBA games are shown on 3DS

VC games are all I want . You are right about 3DSWare not working, but I'm sure they could emulate two screens on the Wii U's tablet to make DSiWare games work.
