The game is tax-free and with free shipping as well. Besides the one Toys R Us sale last year that included pre orders, this is the first and only deal I've seen for the game. It's not much, but coupled with the already discounted MSRP, no tax and free shipping, you're getting a brand new Wii U game for $44.99 total price delivered to your door. Not bad if you ask me.
