Deus Ex: Human Revolution doesn't support Wiimote, that is big minus. Otherwise game is good. I don't really want to play any FPS games without Wiimote. I don't know about Splinter Cell Blacklist, I have read it has motion control support, but I don't know how it works.

I don't have neither of them yet, but I probably would choose Deus over Splinter.

Deus Ex is a better game, but you should not pass on either of them!
Deus is first person, splinter cell is third.
Both can be played in many different ways, stealth/violence, etc.
Deus has a better single player campaign, but Splinter Cell has separate co-op missions unlike Deus-Ex.

Also, watch some gameplay!

Both are alright but get boring during extended sessions... Splinter Cell breaks up those dull moments by offering some Multiplayer whenever you want whereas Deus Ex suffers from that PS360 kind of vibe in sections
