Topic: Deleting a Wii-U account without logging into it?

Any way to delete a wii-u user without logging into the account?

I bought a second hand Wii-U premium console yesterday and it has a password protected account on it that i can't delete, the console actually still had a lot of downloaded games on there that i want to keep but i don't want to wipe the whole console to remove the account.

or can i wipe the console and keep hold of the downloaded games that the previous owner paid for? he bought a zelda game that i dont want to remove ^^

If you could delete an account without logging in, anyone would be able to delete anyone's account. Your only choice is to call Nintendo to see what they can do. They may be able to delete it remotely from the console, or you may have to send it in.

No, you won't be able to keep the games lol...

Definitely call Nintendo. They can remotely remove the NNID but the games will disappear also as they are tied to the NNID.

Ah kk, think i will keep the guys account until i complete the games then wipe the console clean after that. thanks guys
