Topic: Could we please get a North American release date for Wind Waker HD?

Europe getting everything first is a bit old but will probably repeat itself here. It appears we're vaguely getting an "October 2013" as well:

You're asking the wrong people here. NL can just say what Nintendo tells them. You would probably be better off contacting Nintendo and asking them.

gamestop says oct 31

I say October, not Halloween. If you're that eager to play Wind Waker, then just buy the Gamecube version and buy yourself a Gamecube or a Wii that is compatible with Gamecube games. If not, just wait about two more months, it's not like it's "Half Life U" or anything like that where the game needs to come immediately.

October 25th, or 27th

Gamestop is saying that because Nintendo has said October 2013 for NA too but no exact date, I wouldn't say Oct 31st though, at least until we got confirmation.

Since Oct 31 is a Thursday, I doubt it will come out then. Nintendo tends to release games on Sunday.

I'm going to guess oct. 15-20th.

According to Zelda Informer, WWHD (download version) MIGHT release 2 weeks early. (Cross ur fingers)

Nope. Because as of now if my Wii U is stolen or broken I can't get my game back.

You can actually get your game back if you contact Nintendo with the system or a police report.

I suppose, but I wouldn't be able to just lend the game to my friend either. Also I have a question: if I show Nintendo my police report, would they send a replacement system?(just for future reference, luckily.)

Well it's not really worth the trouble at that point comparibly, as with a physical copy I wouldn't have to call Nintendo at all and I'd have to buy a new copy anyway
