In the latest issue of The Arizona Gamer Magazine one of the articles reported that both SEGA and Nintendo have jointly purchased the SonicSEGANintendoallstars domain name which could be a precursor to a Sonic, SEGA, And Nintendo All-Stars Racing title, but since it's just from a small local magazine with no website I'd take the news with a grain of salt, however it would be pretty darn cool if it turns out to be true!
yeah SEGA and Nintendo make this!!!!
but don't forget to make it real fast and remove all the characters and cars from IPs that aren't called F-Zero

@Neko_Rukiafan I was completely busy with college homework for the last 2 weeks.
now things aren't so complicated so I came back(though there's still a lot to do and time is still sort of an issue)

Well, what I might be doing in the future (if I'm still alive) is creating custom tracks for Mario Kart 8. I know how to rip tracks from Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing (plus the sequel) and make them into tracks for Mario Kart Wii, but I guess that's the closest you'll get to a crossover racing game. Mario Kart Wii can't handle high polygonal tracks from Sonic & SEGA, but Mario Kart 8 can. 64MB is the highest MK8 can handle.
Personally, I'd love to see a Mario Wave Race game.
