Topic: Christmas games?

Anyone get any good games for Christmas?

I already bought most of the big/best games before Christmas, but with $50 gift money I picked up Lego Batman 2, Assassin's Creed 3, NES Remix and Dungeons & Dragons on the Wii U.

I'm pretty sure that I'll hate AC3 as I've hated every other Assassin's Creed game on PS3/360, but I'm interested by the sailing in AC4, so rather than risk $60 on that I thought I'd use AC3 as a demo of sorts.

Over the holidays I've been playing Super Mario 3D World, Deus Ex, NES Remix, D&D, The Mysterious Cities of Gold, The Wonderful 101 and Lego Marvel. I've been meaning to play some Wii Sports Club Golf too, but with all the Christmas clutter I haven't had enough space.

Most of my Christmas gifts were craft beer and money.

One friend of mine got me Mario & Luigi Dream Team which i have been enjoying. As for games I purchased over the holiday season with sales and such I snaged:

Wii U- Wonderful 101, ZimbiU, Super Mario 3D World
3DS - Fire Emblem Awakening, Paper Mario Stick Star(oh how I loathe this game), DLC Case for Phoenix Wright

I usually buy the games I want but my sisters know I'm a fan of the Batman universe so they got me Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate for Vita and I got some cash that I'll use to payoff pre-orders on Thief and inFamous: Second Son.

I got wonderful 101 and used Christmas money to buy legend of Zelda wind waker hd. also bought bioshock 2 and agarest: generations of war on steam.

Thought this was going to ask about the best Christmas-themed games, and in that case there is only one answer-- Christmas Wonderland 3.

Batman Arkham Origins is a Christmas themed game I received for Christmas. u_u

Over the Christmas period, which I'll define as a week either side, I got:

• Super Mario 3D World
• Zelda: A Link Between Worlds

• Ducktales Remastered
• A digital copy of Super Mario 3D Land as a Club Nintendo promotion
• Wii Sports Golf

...... and despite that I've probably still spent most of my gaming time in Animal Crossing

The only game I got was Bird Mania Christmas 3D!!

Get Batman Arkham City Armored Edition! It's got a terrific story and nothing is more satisfying than beating the crap out of the city's villainous inmates!

I got Metal Gear Solid Legacy Collection and Jak and Daxter Collection.
I have already beaten the first two Metal Gear Solid games and can say for certain..."wat???"

Gran Turismo 6, then I got a eShop card I used to buy Mario Kart 7.

I ended up getting Deus Ex. I haven't played it before, and I think it's pretty good. I'll be playing it twice, for sure. I figured out how to run half way through the game, so ya, it needs a 2nd playthrough.
