My annoying but still cute cat chewed up the charger cord to my gamepad and now it doesn't work, which sucks because I just got my Wii U less than a week ago. So I need a replacement, and my question is if it would be safe to get one of these cheap knockoff ones that I found on ebay, (example: http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=141344751173... or if it would just be better to be safe than sorry and shell out 20 bucks for an official one.
Yep, charger cables are one of those things where you just wanna find the cheapest version available. They're all essentially the same. The example you give looks fine. 600 sold and 99% feedback -> good product.
