Hi i just bought a new SONIQ E32W13A-AU, I've tried the SONIQ setting but it does nothing and I've tried all the above suggestions: still nothing!
The remote has SONIQ QT1D on it, and I'm in Australia.

"Thanks guys i had trouble with a Soniq TV but all sorted now.

Model: L42S10A = Bexa, signal 1"
so give all Bexa options a go.

My TV is on there, but my new Comcast receiver is not. =( Maybe they will add it soon, because before we had to switch it out, I was loving some Nintendo TVii.

I have a Viano Modle: LCD37HD. Unfortunately, I haven't had any luck using the Wii gamepad as a remote for it.
In the manual it says it uses remote code NEC 007F, and later in the manual it says it uses NEC Code 20DF. None of the NEC settings worked however on the gamepad.

For those in Mexico with a Sky satellite receiver.... Try setting your WiiU to DirecTv instead of Sky.

It worked for me.

Sanyo: LCD-40XR11F
Purchased in Australia and have tried over 150 different codes (I really would like to get this working)

Any help would be appreciated, particularly suggestions of which brands might use the same code.

I have a Thomson TV (don't remember the exact model) that I can't get to work with the GamePad remote functionality... The original remote is labelled “RC3000E02”. Any suggestion would be welcome!

The TV remote function works for all the TVs in my house. Both are Samsung, one is a CRT, and one is an HDTV.
Different remotes may work for different TVs. Try using Sharp or Philips for your TV. May work...

I'm in the UK and I have a Manta LCD TV4214. It's a TV renowned for being incompatible with any remote other than it's own (Took 18 months before a code for the Sky+ remote was found to work with it). Manta is listed on the Wii U but there's only one signal type, one that doesn't work! Anyway, here's what I've found to work with my TV.

Manta 42" LCD 3DTV, model LCD TV4214
Select from the TV remote menu:
Brand: CMX
Remote code# : 10

Schprocket: If you hadn't started this thread, I wouldn't have even thought of trying CMX. You're a legend!

Hey there!

My mom busted her TV remote and I was hoping she could use the Wii U as a temporary replacement. It's an Akira LED-B54HU24H she bought in France. None of the three Akira signals worked. Prosonic signal 9 got the TV to respond, but the mapping is wrong. There's next to no info about the B54 line on the Internet and it's really starting to annoy me. :')

Does anyone have some pointers? It would be really appreciated.

EDIT: CMX #4 is another signal that kind of works but not really. The remote is called RCT-B54, couldn't find anything about it.

Hi, I don't know if anyone is looking at this thread anymore, but here goes anyway.

I have an ALBA LE-19GV01+DVD, 19 inch TV/DVD combi, sold by Argos in the UK (Catalogue Number 355/0447) and Ireland (Catalogue Number 129/6693). Mine is the UK version.

I've tried all of the codes under Alba, Hitachi, Bush, Goodman's, and Vestel, to no avail.

From the Irish manual:

"Remote Control:
Infrared - default code:
TV: 9421 – DVD: 8888"

If anyone has any help here, please do let me know.

The Remote doesn't come with any identifying marks or model numbers anywhere.

I was going through 1-10 for the CMX (for my KOGAN.) and the only thing that happened was the Imput button was making the volume go up... 😐Umm what?
