Topic: Can you only play LOZ BOTW with the gamepad for Wii U?

I'm trying to play the new BOTW game. I read on the back of the game case that you have multiple options tfor which controllers to use to play the game.

Here's my problem, it won't let me play BOTW with anything other than the gamepad. I hate using this bulky controller. Does anyone know how to change it so I can play with anything else?

I'm pretty sure it's either the + or - buttons that let's you switch.
EDIT: Actually...I don't know....maybe it's a button combo.

There is a misprint on the box, at least in NA. It does show nunchuck and classic controller support.

Only gamepad and pro controller are supported. The pro controller is lighter and more comfortable for sure and I use it often for this game. You don't have to do anything special to switch between the two controllers other than have them on and syncd to the system. I go back and forth between on tv, off tv, pro controller. The gyro aiming is actually missed on the pro controller. Also there are motion based puzzle in game where you have to use the gamepad.

Wait...I thought he meant he could only see the game on the GamePad. >.<

You need a Pro Controller if you want to play a different way.

To switch screens on the gamepad you use touch. There is actually a border on the touch screen you have to touch inside of to switch in the center of the screen.

I was actually excited to try classic controller and nunchuck when I saw it on the box as supported controllers. I tried syncing those controllers but they don't work for the game.

Switching back and forth between the pro controller and the gamepad is flawless though.
