Topic: Can you help me please?

Whenever I try to play Darksiders II (downloaded)this message pops up "this software cannot be used the nintendo network ID used to download this software has been deleted" I don't understand whats wrong, I only have one account on my WII U, and it is still there and I can play all of my other downloaded games.

Have you tried calling Nintendo? This sounds like a problem they might have to fix. Like, not by repairing the console, just through the servers. First try redownloading it though.

Okay I will try to redownload it and if that does not work then I will contact Nintendo. Also thanks ShadJV for the reply.

Okay I tried redownloading it but it says I have to pay for the game again. The game itself is on the system already but I just can't access it.

Well if you paid for it already I would just contact Nintendo and see if they can sort it out.

I guess all I can do now is contact Nintendo and hope for the best. I just hope I dont have to play through the whole game again to get back to where I was.
