I think if some big 3rd parties decide to scale back their budgets, they'd do that and continue to support PS4 & xbox one with those smaller budget games; than all of a sudden reverse their direction regarding wii u, I think they'd sooner go back to PS360 than wii u, especially PS3 given that sony traditionally has very long lifespans for their consoles, would be very surprised if PS3 was discontinued before wii u.
@SCAR392 I don't think porting a game is as cheap as you think it is. Ubisoft has indicated what it cost them and even 100,000 copies at $60 a pop doesn't make it a profitable venture. Sure are not going to be saying 50,000 copies is a good run.

Ya, you're right. I forgot that they don't make the full $60 back. It's still easier to make a return on these ports, though, which was my main point.

I can't see 3rd party support improving with the current sales for multiplatform games on Wii U being the way they are gimped or not a lot haven't broken 100k which is abysmal by any standard, thank god for the first party though easily the best of 8th gen so far but seeing as Wii U had an 12 month this shouldn't come as much of a surprise to anyone.
