I don't feel the Wii U's lack of success is solely a software issue, so I'll say partly. My issue with the Wii U is more dealing with its hardware, specifically the fact that the game pad has an inadequate battery. It dies without me even using the thing, which does turn me off whenever I do want to play the Wii U and find out that I have to wait several hours for the pad to be charged. I'm not a fan of how the game pad is required to log on to the Wii U either and navigate areas of the console such as the eShop and Activity Log. The Wii U has so many control options that that should have never been forced.

Really? Maybe ur battery is broken? Mine lasts the amounted time and rechsrging is quite fast also i dont know exactly but about half an hour to an hour. Also u can purcjase a larger battery or plug ur gamepad in and still play.

@topic i dont know but im sure it shifts some units and it might be the turning point, and it will probably make u smarter when u play it.
As i read in the newspaper today playing mario64 makes peoples brains more active especially the room thinking

And when I say fail, I mean that it will be the least successful Nintendo console since Virtual Boy.

Correct me if I'm wrong but hasn't it already surpassed the Virtual Boy's sales? At least I'm pretty sure Virtual Boy didn't hit even million sales.

I didn't say it was going to be WORSE than the Virtual Boy...I said it would be the least successful console SINCE the Virtual Boy. It obviously is more successful than the Virtual Boy...I would never make that statement. But it will probably end up being the least successful Nintendo home console ever released if you don't include the Virtual Boy. (Which shouldn't count anyways)

The price drop helped the 3ds a lot.
I'm still not sure the game will improve Wii U.

My gamepad has only died on me a few times. Granted, I usually don't play it longer than an hour.

It'll help. The wii u has already seen quite the turn around. It's starting to sell quite well and that will continue
