Topic: Call of Duty Ghosts DLC

Clearly you just want to argue. You're not going to accept facts. I'm done. I might as well be talking to a wall.

I'n not arguing. You're calling me and plenty of people naive for being lead on by Activision's attempts at bringing DLC to Wii U. When push comes to shove, they didn't deliver, and whether you expected DLC based on how they handled Wii doesn't effect other peoples' expectations.

Wii U isn't Wii, so people were expecting the full CoD DLC.

Like I said, skewing out the online is a good point, but the way they handle their games(with bucketloads of DLC), and the DLC being absent, just shows that they messed up in a way non-related to sales on the Wii U, being the former.

They should have just said there wouldn't be DLC, because they made alot of people think there would be.

Apparentky, you're fine with Activision flooding their games with DLC and not being able to have it, so of course your expectations would be low, but don't call people who had higher expectations naive, because you're ignoring that there were reasons for people to think that the Wii U version would be the way to go.

The Free Fall DLC pack is live on the eShop.

ok..., my WiiU is telling me there is downloadable content at the Eshop, but when I go there, it says I "cannot purchase or view information about this product"...
Any ideas? Does it have anything to do with being in Canada??

Never mind - it worked when I logged in under my user account, not my sons (he's only 13) So there is age restrictions on the downloadable content, just FYI.

Wow, maybe I will pick-up Call of Duty Ghosts on Wii U now. I have been debating on trying out this series as I haven't owned a Call of Duty since 4

The DLC is there, but apparently it hasn't gone live or something. I just went online to try the new map packs, but some guy said he's been playing for 2 hours, and they haven't shown up on the vote screen, so I'm not really sure what's going on with it.

If it just went onto the eShop, then maybe not enough people have downloaded it yet

Not sure if you guys know, but the Free Fall map is apparently free to download for CoD Ghosts on Wii U now.

Though, this won't make me pick it back up, as I'm just waiting to get the next saga in Extinction mode!

It's just luck I guess. I played for 1 hour and has been in 2 free fall map. That map is chaotic!!

It's a pretty cool map. It's certainly different.

Meh CoD has been dead to me since CoD4/CoD WW2 popularity diminished been there, done that, moved on to other FPS that fit my playstyle.
