One reason why I stopped going to IGN. Such bias to the point of hatred. They praise Sony and Microsoft so much........makes one wonder if they're getting paid off.....

He's talking about how he always buys Nintendo consoles, but if it's your only console, you're missing out. Which I agree with. The exact wording wasn't politically correct or that funny, but he's not saying anything negative about anyone here.
He says people not playing Nintendo consoles are missing out on a lot of great games, and people that only play on Nintendo consoles are missing out on a lot of great games.
None of this is untrue, if you're missing a system you're missing out on something.
Anyways I cannot stay to babysit this thread, so do not take this literally people. Would rather not be forced to take the side of IGN and respond to several posts tomorrow because people literally believe this guy has it out for Wii owners (despite praising Nintendo games and their consoles and promoting games across all platforms, something some people here could try).

I agree with alot of what they said. I just don't have time for that many games anymore. I'll be fine with the Wii U for a long time, assuming 3rd parties stop being jerks by the time PS4 and Xbox 1 come out, OR at the time they come out.
The most important thing for Wii U right now, is a big install base. I agree with Nintendo holding out. I would say Wii U has the upperhand right now, because it's actually for sale, and they weren't involved in the DRM/online fee shinanigans at all.
I also see the connection between PC and Xbox One. I'm not sure if that works in favor, or against the Xbox One, though...

I'm not watching those four stroke their own egos for twenty minutes.
I'm sure Altano has some kind of point strapped to that statement. The past seven years, IGN have been eating up all the activity that Wii hatred has generated for them like hungry dogs, and they aren't ashamed to nurture it, but usually their editors don't make baseless brash remarks about large portions of their audience.
Whoever buys the Wii U needs PATIENCE! It isn't a year-old and still needs time before it really shows what Nintendo was about. I'm feeling as if actual Nintendo fans (Like NL) have patience for the Wii U while others don't. Aren't people satisfied with the few games that are interesting on the Wii U now? I mean, it's just video games, no need to take it seriously at all.
Also i love how IGN has their consoles and handhelds in order from beginning to end....

I am not going to lie but that bothers me so much, but IGN is still there to make money at the end of the day. And yes the 3ds is far outpacing the VITA but the vita belongs to Sony.
I only want a Wii U I like Nintendo games the only thing I miss about only owning a Nintendo console is the JRPGS on Sony consoles but now Wii U is getting X and SMT x FE I tend to not care
