I am really glad the game is going to be 60 FPS. It's not a be-all end-all thing, but it does frequently make games better and tells me the devs actually care more about me enjoying a video game over impressing people with trailers.
Yeah it is. Most Wii U games are in the £30-40 area, and it doesn't matter if it comes with two games - we still have to pay extra while America gets the first game for free! Not cool Nintendo.
Yeah but you get two boxes. I would love to get that.

They can aim for 60 fps but just getting 40fps on average is a big difference. I'd rather see a steady 60fps and a little less spectacular graphics.

Amazon UK have now updated the listing to remove all mentions of Bayonetta 1,
Bayonetta 2 on amazon uk is now the solus edition of Bayonetta 2.
What a smart decision it was to split the game in THREE releases! No wonder if it bombs in Europe, general people wont know what they are (and what they're not) getting with all this confusion! Starting to remind me of a bad pre-order bonus situation...
The main problem with it is they have left it so late to announce it with people being unsure what version is which and retailers being unclear which versions they are taking orders for but saying that the 1st edition is sold out everywhere now.
Hopefully you guys didn't cancel your orders as Amazon have now upgraded those who order on the 05/09/2014 or before to the Special Edition at the original £31.85 price.
sadly I had cancelled mine, a day before they changed their minds, I was told I had the solos copy pre ordered and led to believe they would be no upgrades as it was error in the listing, the day after I cancelled they email people to tell them that they are now looking into the issue and will let them know if they will upgrade those had preordered before the description was updated
Seems they are using different gamma settings, where the 360 side has more red tones and is darker, while the Wii U side is lighter with more blue tones. There is much more shadow detail on the Wii U side, although I doubt that the 360 output actually is that dark (since some of the shadow detail are completely gone there).

From what I've heard it is that or the full RGb/Limited RGB thing and different sources
Everything can change, but I'm never changing who I am
Two IGN videos with the Bayonetta 2 producer explaining some of the gameplay. (I think the videos are available in 60 fps versions at IGN's site as well.)
I already have it pre-ordered, but that would have swayed me. Edge are head and shoulders above everyone else when it comes to reviews for me. They also gave the original game a 10.
