I'd assume it's just a placeholder date, but it does seem like a pretty realistic date for the title.

They're not the only store I've seen selling pre-orders of the game (Zavvi are as well) but they are the first I've seen to give a date. Whether it's a leak or a placeholder, I guess we'll find out soon. It does seem plausible.

SbopTo have placeholders on pretty much every game that's currently unreleased and available for preorder on their site. It's just a rough estimate of the release, although admittedly it does sound pretty realistic, so I guess some people may accidentally mistake it for being fact.
