I noticed something about Nintendo's E3 presentations, They go in depth into a games' various mechanics, art style, and gameplay features. Meanwhile during Sony and Microsoft conferences, they just show a silent demo, with rarely any comentary on the games' design, and throw a bunch of gameplay-less trailers in your face. Why does Nintendo do this, when it's competition almost never does.
Because Nintendo knows how to reveal games, with gameplay obviously. Not pre-rendered short movies like I see constantly in the other conferences. Nintendo rarely does that. (think the only game they did that with is the new Smash, but it still has gameplay anyways, lol. Oh right, the new Fire Emblem, too I think)

Keep it PG-13-ish.
Because the PS4 and XBO have third party support, which means a lot more games to show, which means they can't go in depth into each and every single one.
Nintendo just has their games to show off, so they have time to go in depth with all of them.
Nintendo's core busniess is video games, it would make sense that they would need to work harder to keep their share of the market.
Sony and Microsoft have other branches of their companies to fall back on during any rough periods, so they can get away with bland presentations, which is sad really.
Nintendo tries to be clear and upright with their games to prevent overhype. That's what kills pretty much every highly awaited game on Sony/Microsoft platforms. Sadly, 3rd-parties know how to manipulate hype, and abuse this to make up for a lack of gameplay (which is the case all too often).
Also, Nintendo games mostly have no graphics to show off - not in the sense that their games are ugly/visually bad, but rather that they're very stylised instead of realistic, so people won't be impressed due to the lack of "better" comparison (which is real life to realistic graphics).

You're really broad-stroking everything, here. Of those "highly awaited" games you're clearly alluding to, how many have you ACTUALLY played for any length of time to make a judgment on the gameplay? Did you sink 40+ hours into Watch Dogs? What about Second Son? Unity? ... Master Chief Collection, at least? I want honest answers.
If you have spent a good amount of time with a decent number of these "highly awaited" games that apparently "lack" gameplay, then by all means, your words have some weight behind them. If you haven't... to me, at least, you seem a bit silly.
You see, I HAVE played those games you're referring to. Watch Dogs - beat it, beat the heck out of it, actually. The remastered Thief. The Last of Us. The list goes on and on. And those games have solid, varied gameplay just like Nintendo's offerings.
Lesson: Don't believe the hype. Get off the forums and play some games more often. The reason why Sony/Microsoft don't show more detailed gameplay? Someone else said it: They've got more to show and the same amount of time, so they usually can't spare 15-20 minutes to dwell on one game like Nintendo can.
Because Nintendo's the only one of the three that actually care about gameplay. The other two just care about making gritty, mass media pandering movie wannabes.

Riding that The Order 1886 hatred bandwagon are we?
The Harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.

You actually sank in 40 hours in Unity and The Master Chief Collection?Wow you put time into two broken games, nice! And yes 3 parties use hype to sell their games, that's why Destiny and Watch Dogs sold so well.

I think there's too many variables to sum it down to one thing. Firstly, Nintendo doesn't have a time limit as they don't do press conferences anymore whereas Sony/Microsoft do. Secondly, Sony/Microsoft fans generally only need 1080p 60fps cinematic footage that makes the games look like high quality movies to get hyped whereas Nintendo fans in general care about the gameplay. Thirdly like you said, Nintendo has less to show off than Sony/Microsoft so if they wanted same length presentations then Nintendo could fill with more gameplay. There are plenty of other reasons those these are some pretty obvious ones.

Project Sparks, Sunset Overdrive, LittleBigPlanet 3, and Ori and the Blind Forest are gritty, mass media pandering movie wannabes? Okay then.

Project Spark and Ori and the Blind Forest are smaller scale games, so they don't stand out. Sunset Overdrive still fits the dudebro mentality. LBP3 is the only one of those that's actually an exception. And even then, there's a ton more gritty shooters and superficial action games to the point of having little room for anything else.

Nope. Both showed gameplay too (To be fair, they're just like the other games in the series anyway)

...Referring to the new Fire Emblem? I don't remember any gameplay, just a very short prerendered clip.

Seriously dude, you should write a book on how to get through life with those things on you constantly. It could be a best-seller.
