And if so proof and which top 10 would you like mine are
1. Super Smash Bros melee
2. Mario Sunshine
3. Luigis Mansion
4. Animal Crossing
5. Mario Kart Double Dash
6. All Mario parties
7. Wario World
8. Harvest Moon series
Well, I'm hoping the GameCube will be on VC. These are the list of games I would be willing to buy back (not necessarily my top 5 due to remakes and sequels for the Wii that I enjoy more)
1. Wind Waker
2. Super Mario Sunshine
3. Luigi's Mansion
4. Mario Kart Double Dash
5. Mario Party 4
Edit: And I'm hoping that the games I just bought/will buy when in stock will add to my list..

2. Super Mario Sunshine
3. The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
4. Super Smash Bros. Melee
5. Chibi-Robo
6. Mario Kart Double Dash!!
7. Wario World
8. Luigi's Mansion
9. Viewtiful Joe
10. Metroid Prime 1 & 2
Wait, has this been confirmed or is this just something you're hoping Nintendo will do? In any case there are some GC titles. I'd love to play again maybe in HD.
1.) Resident Evil
2.) Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes
3.) Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
4.) The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
5.) Pikmin 1 & 2
Yeah, those games would be great to revisit again. Here's to hoping Nintendo will start offering GC titles on it's virtual console service.

Wow, I feel like an idiot. I not only forgot about Paper Mario: TTYD but I forgot about the Pikmin series -_-

I would not hold out hope for a large selection, given what we saw of the N64 on the Wii's virtual console. I'd be surprised if it were more than 15 games, mostly first-party ones, and shocked if it were more than 20 games.
I'd assume they will come, after all, the Wii U doesn't have backwards compatibility with Gamecube games.
I'd like to see Super Smash Bros Melee, Super Mario Sunshine, the Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker, Luigi's Mansion, Mario Kart Double Dash and Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door.
I would also like Pikmin, Metroid Prime series, etc, but with them getting a Wii rerelease, I'm not sure Nintendo will want to put them on the Virtual Console just yet.

Too many for me to go through and pick ten, it really depends what they release and when.
But there is still very little hard proof that GameCube games are coming to the eShop. There are a couple hints that some Nintendo representatives have given but nothing official. I'm not saying it's unlikely, but I wouldn't hold my breath, not worth getting disappointed if it doesn't happen. I mean, there have been things officially announced that never saw the light of day (example: Wii Vitality Sensor), so there's nothing guaranteeing we will get GameCube VC titles. And even if we do, it might not be for awhile, we don't even have the Wii U's VC yet and the eShop has so far been relatively quiet. Cross your fingers for some E3 announcement I suppose.

If we get GCN games I promise to play them more, I regret buying a ton of GCN games on my wii but not playing that much of them, seriously some were played for under an hour and cost $15..... :/

I honestly wouldn't be letdown if they didn't rerelease these GCN games on the VC, because I literally mastered all the GCN games I wanted to play, but for others it would be nice I suppose...
1. Wind Waker
2. Mario Sunshine
3. Mario Party 4
4. Luigi's Mansion
5. Pokemon C and DX
6. Four Swords Adventures
7. Starfox Adventures/Assault
8. Paper Mario: TTYD
9. Sonic Adventure 2/Heroes
10. Mario Kart: Double Dash
Those are my top ten in no certain order(some have more than 2 though), but as for RE4, Pikmin, etc. games that made it to Wii with new controls, they'd be better off just releasing the Wii versions on the eShop with ALL controller support remastered in HD and an updated surround sound. I'm sure that Wii games getting on the eShop would eliminate the need to go to Wii Menu anymore, too, and run off of the Wii U entirely. For swords would kind of have to use a DS to play, too. We'll just have to wait and see...

The problem is with putting these games on eShop, is that it will basically make Wii completely obsolete, as Wii did with GCN. 3DS will eventually get GBA, maybe DS, while Wii U can possibly get GCN and Wii, along with the Wii VC in Wii Menu, that could be implemented into the Wii U once all their consoles are up on the shop. The only way I could see Wii Menu still being used at this point, is for the disc based games, and Wii Speak if they decide to go all digital, but by that point, it might just be on the Wii U menu. They would have to 'update' the program codes to run on the Wii U as if it was originally made for it.
