Topic: Anyone else have this problem with Wii U browser's YouTube?

You know when an ad pops up before a video? Well if this happens while using Wii U's browser you can just skip the video entirely.

BUT sometimes you'll skip to the end and it won't transfer from the ad to the actual video, and you have to refresh the whole page since you can't replay anything once that happens. And even if the ad runs all the way through you'll still be stuck.

The only way to get past this is if you keep resfreshing the page until the video plays without an ad, or the ad that pops up becomes skippable. Just now I've also been running into two ads back-to-back, so even if the first one is skipped you're bound to get stuck on the second one.

And I know about ad blocking, but I don't think such a thing would be downloadable on the Wii U.

Press skip ad on the video screen.

If the ad gives you a time of 0:00 after you refeshed the page then you have to refresh the page and click the video until it just plays

I do that, but sometimes the ad pops up no matter how many times I refresh the page.

I absolutely HATE THAT. I just jump off a cliff and wish for the best.

You just need to tap at the end of the ad video and your video will start.

Again, I do that and it usually works, but sometimes it doesn't and the above mentioned problems happen.

I use the Internet nearly everyday. I know all about it. My Internet isn't the best, so it takes me a million refreshes in order to get the video to have that "Play" button with the Youtube arrow in order for me to click it and work it out. Sometimes, it just gives me Errors and I have to refresh the page a million times until I get the Video to come up again. Ads weren't there back in Winter. I think that they just started to appear sometime in May or June this year. They are a little annoying. In fact, the first time that I got two ads showing up were yesterday. You described my problem. However, I didn't have to refresh. I just clicked the Black Screen on the Youtube small player again until it showed up. If it wouldn't load, then I would refresh the page.

True, ads are annoying because, if you try to skip them, an error would occur asking you to refresh the video if you clicked it too soon. However, they aren't too much of an issue. The only real issue is trying to get that Youtube arrow to show up so I could play the video in the first place. If only there was another button to refresh the page, because I have to do it every ten seconds. It's very annoying.

Oh DUDE I have the same exact STUPID problem even now. I hate certain ads now because they get stuck on that same spot. The person who programmed the browser needs a punch in the face.
