@SuperMalleo I'd take that with both my arms wide open, but how bout A 3D Wario game like @bluemage1989 suggested a Wario World like game? That would be Awesssome

If they do something in the style of Shake It I'd definitely be game.

Already to many 2D platformers if you ask me for Wii U. Would much rather see something like Wario World.

Nintendo already has so many platformers now and in the pipeline. WarioWare seems to be the best direction for the IP to take.

Game & Wario was terrible though.

WarioWare is a completely different IP, it just shares a character. I'd rather see WarioWare disappear instead of WarioLand.

I'd rather not see either disappear, we need more Wario games, not less.

We need more good Wario games, not mediocre things like Game&Wario.

I rather wants a Land/World game more...kinda said this plenty of times, but I just want the WarioWare team to make another Rhythm Heaven game already. xD

I'd honestly rather it be for the 3DS as much as I liked Shake It! I kind of want more 2D platformers for the portable.

Sure. Call it Wario Land 5, make it an eshop game and reuse the graphics from Shake but without the shake gimmick.

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

FWIW, "Game and Wario" is already available on the Wii U, but it's not a very good game IMO.

It's not amazing, some games are better than others for sure, but me and my wife have rather enjoyed it. I'd give it a 7/10, keep in mind it's a cheap title. However one should note that Game&Wario is more akin to a WarioWare game which is completely different than a Wario Land game, it's like calling Paper Mario and 3D Mario the same thing.

Shake it was awesome, i'd gladly take a sequel to that. I wish more games had that art style.

No; a new Wario Land should be for 3DS. Shake It is a fantastic and really underrated game, but I think there's too many 2D platformers on Wii U for Wario Land to appear on a home console again.

I'd rather see a proper WarioWare for Wii U, but even then a new WarioWare should still come to 3DS.

I've got it! How about a Wario World sequel? I know that game was panned back then for being too short, but it was a very weird and hilarious game. We haven't seen another 3D Wario game, so why not make a Wario World sequel that is much longer?

I wonder if they could use the 3D world engine, it seems to be a perfect fit for the viewpoint that game took. Make it a cheap retail or eshop title, the beauty of it is reusing the engine again would lead to a quick development cycle.

Yes, I know. But WarioWare is a unique style of game whereas Wario Land is yet another collectathon platformer.

Nintendo could just do a New Super Wario Bros. U I guess, a DLC semi-game like New Super Luigi Bros. U. I really don't see the need for an entirely new game.

I would love to see them try out some new ideas for the 3d platformer genre maybe make combat more in depth make vehicle sections a larger part of the game or even make the hub world a more open larger place full of wario ware style mini games that would be the best!! People don't seem to like Game and Wario very much but I had a lot of fun with it. People might think there are to many platformers on the WiiU but there is a real shortage elsewhere so maybe with a large selection of platformers made available it will help shift WiiUs by making it the platformer fans concole of choice.

I had never heard of Wario World until a few days ago when my kid was watching a video of it on Youtube. Apparently Nintendo characters have appeared in 3D world games. Donkey Kong had 1 as well. I was looking to get Wario World on Gamecube but it's a pain to find, would be nice if Wii U VC started getting Gamecube games for the odd games like this. I'm hopeing more notable games like Sunshine get HD remakes.

i want to see Retro Studios make a Wario Land game to be honest. Oh sure, the internet mob would probably flip out cause of their pathetic 'wah every game should be like those on the Xbox One/PS4' mentality (just see their reactions to DKC Tropical Freeze) but it's honestly the kind of series that I think a Western studio like Retro could do well at designing games for. After all, the games have a more... 'gritty' aesthetic than most platformers (see, the Ruby Passage levels in Wario Land 4), the music is very DKC like in terms of feel and the games are very much combat and puzzle orientated rather than just being standard hop and bop platformers.

Retro could make a really good one of those games, and probably even make the series something which more people are fans of in general...
