Angry Birds Star Wars seems to be coming to the Wii U, Wii, 3...

I always wanted to try this game. I'll probably get the Vita version as this is the perfect platform to play Angry Birds on. I'll likely buy Angry Birds Trilogy on the Wii U.

How in the world is the Vita the perfect platform for Angry Birds

My perfect platform for anything Angry Birds is lined with a Hefty bag. Angry Birds to me is like the old 'Niagra Falls' schtick. 'Slowly I turned...'.

Why any one would pay $40 for $3 worth of game is beyond me, and with Star Wars $50 for a $1 game. (I think it's a $1)

Trophies and a touch screen makes the Vita the best platform to play it on.

Angry Birds Star Wars is a phenomenal game. The sound effects are hilarious.

What about an iPad? The actual platform it was built for?

And why anyone would pay more than a couple of dollars for Angry Birds escapes me as well.

The Ipad version has achievements and a touch screen, in addition to a significantly larger screen.

For a significantly lower price.

£5 is overpriced for any Angry Birds game, let alone £40.

As much fun as it is (and it is very fun, especially if you're a SW fan), i'll stick with my free version on my Android phone.

If you're paying more than $1 (maybe $1.01 for bonus levels) for Angry Birds, you're wasting your money.

Also, most people prefer to play a game like Angry Birds on a capacitive touch screens (iPhone, iPad, most smartphones), rather than resistive ones (3DS, Vita, Wii U).

The iPad is much better for these type of games, though.

Either way, I agree with you. Angry Birds doesn't really seem like it should be a console game. Especially a FIFTY DOLLAR console game.

I think if at all it should come out as free dlc for the original trilogy of the game

Angry Birds Star Wars is actually free on the App Store right now... in Canada at least.

At least it's a new Wii U game.
