I apologize in advance if this is a duplicate thread, but I didn't see this listed under anything recent. I am sort of confused on the release date for this game — since I've read it's supposed to hit next Tuesday, Feb 12th with every other platform but WiiU but GameStop still says they don't have a set release date. Nonetheless, how many of you guys are looking into getting this for the Wii U? Have you heard anything about it hitting this Tuesday for sure (for Wii U)?

It is not coming this Tuesday for WiiU but I am waiting for it. Gearbox has said how the WiiU version will be the best. I am excited but it will be hard seeing my Xbox friends playing it while I wait but I think it will be worth it.

the wii u version is coming in march and its NOT developed by gearbox.

Which company is porting it? I know Gearbox is the main developer, with several listed under them for helping, but I haven't heard much about the Wii U version in a while.

Still not sure how I feel about this game. I think I'll wait for a review first before picking it up.

Sega is the publisher of all versions of the game.

I seen the trailer and it looks really good

But the licence is SEGA

Gearbox has spent the last year praising the Wii U so this should hopefully be a real high quality port. Nintendo should hope the other versions of the games suck since barring surprise announcements they need more relevant western 3rd party support.

I'm a big Alien fan so I hope this game does the franchise justice. There's always the potential for a project like this to end up as an underwhelming mess though, so I don't want to get too excited. Despite my cautiousness, this looks great so far.

I think you meant 12-2-2013. Either way, it's a date format. Sort of like February 12th, 2013, or many others, it's a fancy way of exposing the date even though it is misleading.

Let me rephrase lol . They say two more days until the release and then at the end show the date 2-12-2013 (Feb,12th 2013) along with showing all boxed version's including PC and Wii U
