I was talking to some friends about Tekken Tag Tournament 2 the other day and had a very interesting question come up.
First, will the Wii U include USB ports?
And if so, how likely do you think, then, that it would be compatible with third-party peripherals like, say, a USB fight stick? Several of the people I like to play fighters with only use fight sticks and have several that are multiplatform and work with PS3, 360 and PC games, so why not with Tekken on Wii U?
Thoughts?

Yeah it has to. How else will you connect the Circle Gamepad Pro?

You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad

Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
As far as I remember my two Wiis have also a useless USB port, having it doesnt guaranty any usage except these decided by Nintendo, I doubt pretty much Nintendo will allow to use third party controllers.
Well, here's an interesting experiment, then. Does anyone have a fightstick or some other controller that works for multiple systems and connects through the USB? And could you connect that to Tatsunoko vs. Capcom just to see what happens?

Honestly I wouldn't count on it with Nintendo. However I would imagine that a fight stick wouldn't be too far away especially from Hori who seemingly make custom sticks for any half decent fighter not to mention all consoles!
