Topic: 90's Arcade Racer

Ok so what happened to 90's Arcade Racer, it's been quite some time. It was set for a mid 2014 release wasn't it?Anyone with anything new to update?

I was wondering about this game too. It's good to know they're making good progress and delayed it in order to polish it! Hopefully the end result will be great.

I was hoping this would have been out by now, with all the extra content being added I can understand why it's now running behind.
I'm worried that Nicallis involved though, they aren't exactly known for releasing games in Europe though. Which would be a shame as the developer is based in Greece.

I have become very bored of racing games over the years but hell this game looks good! Sega Rally and Daytona are amazing and 90s arcade racer looks a lot like Scud Race to me.

I can't wait until they have more to show. That gameplay footage would look more fun with other cars and more interesting tracks.

Agreed. I guess they just dont want to show off parts they don't feel are ready however it does seem like forever ago they announced this...

^I've never had motion sickness before until I saw that trailer. Holy crap, what were they thinking, having the environment shift all around when you drive like that?! It creates such a weird effect, and not the good kind of weird...we're talking skull****ing weird...

Damn I think it looks great. IIRC, they had some development issues and had to restart a bunch of coding.

Still looking like a Day 1 for me though. Looks like a great pick-up-and-play on the gamepad.
