A brand new Metal Gear Solid game made specifically for the Wii U.
I'd just be happy with Ground Zeroes and Five coming to the Wii U, or even if they'd just offer the legacy collection for Wii U.
Yeah, that would be nice. The reason I said specifically for the Wii U is so it could take advantage of the Wii U's gamepad features. But, I would still be happy with ANY Metal Gear Solid on Wii U, especially the new ones.
Mega Man 11 - (final 8-bit entry.....For now, in the new classic trilogy.)
Power Stone 3
Jumping Flash! 3 - (in my robo rabbit dreams!)
Viewtiful Joe 3
Contra 5 (New 2D entry in the series, yet i'd prefer this in stereocopic 3D on the 3DS instead)
Resident Evil 7 - (Going back to Survival horror roots)
Silent Hill U - (Created by Team Silent)
Super Castlevania V (Spiritual Sequel to SCIV)
Saved by the Bell: Mr.Belding's detention of Hell: U Edition
I like this guy.
Some of the advantages of a 2D Contra being on the Wii U is that they would be able to display more on screen at once (because of the HD), four player co-op and dual analog controls. I think a 2D Contra game would really benefit from being able to use the left joystick to move and the right joystick to aim. And with using a joystick to aim, you could aim in more than 8 directions (360, theoretically). Then you could use the shoulder buttons to jump, shoot, switch weapons and use grenades.
Sadly, Lemmings is owned by Sony. Otherwise I'm sure a Lemmings game would have shown up on the Wii and would again be perfect for the Wii U. Of course, Nintendo could always make a Mario vs Donkey Kong... I mean, Mario & Donkey Kong game, with Minis, in the style of Lemmings, but I suppose it's not really Nintendo's style to rip off other games. Maybe some third party developer will do us the honors.
And, yes, I'm still waiting for the sequel to XIII. Although, why would it be called XIV? It is based off a comic series called XIII. And you play as a guy who goes under the codename XIII. XIV was someone else. I don't want to say who, due to spoilers, but it wouldn't make any sense to name it after XIV...
@CountWavula That's a pretty good list there. I'd definitely like to see a return to roots Resident Evil game, especially on the Wii U. A Classic Castlevania such as a sequel like you mentioned and Viewtiful Joe 3 would be amazing, too. I was actually surprised to see you mention Power Stone. I didn't think a lot of people were fans of it. I personally enjoyed the one that I played.. pretty sure it was 2. I could never see that coming to Wii U though mainly because of Super Smash Bros. I just don't think it'd stand a chance. Not that I wouldn't give it a shot.. especially if it had online play.
Devil May Cry 5 (the way DMC portray Dante and Vergil was awful, and the combo ranking system was terrible)
Dead or Alive 6 (port of 5 is also acceptable)
A new Burnout game
Star Wars: Battlefront 3
A remake of FFVI
New Metal Slug game
Guilty Gear Xrd -Sign
I want both of the new Castlevania games to work their way over
FF 15 would be nice
The Evil Within (this is the game you want to come to Wii U if you liked the older Resident evil games)
Since more powerful hardware has arrived with ultimate versions of those multiplatform-games to go Im not really that interested in getting those games on Wii U anymore. So what I would like is, of course, more exclusive content from 3rd party. Its a given, with the situation Wii U is in, that this wont happen without Nintendos involvement - such as they went in and made Lego City Undercover, Bayonetta 2, Wonderful 101 and Sonic Lost World happen.. So... yeah, I just want Nintendo to continue those kind of partnerships with other companies. Like they always have.
(On the Nintendo 64 they produced Command & Conquer 64, Ridge Racer 64 and was involved with plenty of Star Wars games, for an example)
(On the Gamecube they produced Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, Eternal Darkness, Geist, Baten Kaitos, Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes and of course had the very lucrative Capcom five-deal)
(Wii was a commercial success and hence had third-party content on its own. So there isnt really that same situation here, as with those and the Wii U, where Nintendo will have to step in).

Some good games there that would be nice to see on the Wii U, but Jumping Flash! is a Sony IP to my understanding. Would be nice to see a new Jumping Flash! installment with modern graphics, though!

Despite the sarcasm I'm feeling from this list.. I would kind of like to see a few of those, even if they're on the Wii U eShop. I loved Aero the Acrobat for SNES. Worms World Party would be nice, too.
