They shouldn't port 3DS games directly to the Wii U and I don't think they will. However I wouldn't be complaining if they did HD versions of Pokemon, Kid Icarus, Luigi's Mansion and Animal Crossing. I'd hope they were with different stories/settings but either way I wouldn't complain.

A 3DS cartridge reader for Wii U would also be cool (maybe sort of like Vita TV), but I also doubt that happening. Because you know... Nintendo. It would be too good of an idea
I originally would have thought this was a daft idea, but if Nintendo is serious about running their software on multiple platforms I don't see why not. It would make the Wii U's library larger - assuming they can whip up an emulator for it. I mean if they're going to make GBA games for Wii U then nothing is out of the question, right?
