That's not a source. An article telling that Nintendo confirmed that those were the titles would be a source. Not looking to start a flame war, just pointing out that you can't say that with 101% certainty, even if you are correct, which is possible as well.
Edit: Also Wii U Panorama View is listed as a working title- meaning that they haven't actually finalized the name yet. So there ya go.

Actually, he kind of joked about the possibility in an interview this week:

I ask because most people when they take a break from their lives, they often do it by playing a game, so I’m wondering because you live games, what do you do to take a break from them?

Mostly I just practice my guitar. [Laughs] I’ll listen to music, and if I hear an interesting phrase being performed, then I immediately start thinking, “Oh man, I wonder how they did that.” So I’ll immediately grab my guitar, and sometimes I’ll even get my Nintendo 3DS and record it and then adjust the speed and slow it down and try to figure out maybe how they did that. I’m not the kind of person that can pick up and play an electric guitar with all sorts of effects on it, so I get down to the stripped down sound of the guitar and try to have fun figuring out those melodies

Sounds like that might be a game at some point.

Whatever they were, I don't think it's that important.
I highly doubt they're planning to announce anything extra in the near future.
There's already plenty on the way for the Wii U though, and fingers crossed they'll show us some new stuff via Nintendo Direct at some point this year.

Arkham City is pretty close if you include "Armored Edition" in the title. It comes out to 35 with the colon and spaces, but if you take out the spaces and include the "TM" as displayed on the list, that's 33...so that's an option. Plus, it seems like a likely canidate since they were pushing it so much during the presentation.

Anyway, my thoughts on the subject are that they're either being lazy or have forgotten about it. I doubt they're games we haven't heard about and that they intend on announcing later. (Though, I would be happy to be proven wrong.)

Edit: I feel kind of dumb. I somehow missed the post where someone mentioned Arkham City, so I guess my post is kind of redundant now...

It didn't sound like Birdman was trying to state that as fact. It just sounded to me like Birdman was speculating on what made since based on the list just like the rest of us...

I read somewhere that they were going to announce Retro Studios' game at E3 but then decided not to at the last minute. Which is probably why we got that 3DS filler. Perhaps one of the titles on that list was Retro Studios' game. That probably put a kink in their plans.

If Nintendo want to go into the hardcore market,then one of the games could be.
