(This list is only based on what's been confirmed to be in development. This isn't a wishlist or a full prediction.)
Nintendo will talk about NX (either for the first time or second time after a March unveiling) but the reception will be similar to the 2015 Digital Event.
I'm gonna go into this with an without any predictions or expectations. Only thing I'm gonna predict is that it's gonna be a live press conference to unveil the NX(though if it's another digital event I won't mind)
Okay so I think right now Nintendo's E3 depends on a lot of factors, so I'm gonna make some not-so-sound assumptions. I'm not saying these are necessarily true, but I had to have some foundation for the predictions
Assumptions:
1. The NX is a handheld launching in Winter 2016
2. The NX has been revealed prior to E3
3. Amiibo continues to be a success for Nintendo
4. Miitomo launches and sees moderate success
With that said, here we go: Very Likely
Zelda Wii U trailer and release window. The game's title is finally revealed
Metroid Prime: Federation Force Trailer and release window
More updates on Nintendo NX features
A "Tech Demo" type game that shows off the NX's features- Has Miitomo compatibility
Pokken Tournament (if it hasn't released yet)
Amiibo-locked features across pretty much every game revealed
Likely
A new Kirby game on either Wii U or 3DS
New Super Mario Bros NX (40% chance)
Retro's new game for Wii U
Next 3D Mario game for Wii U
Nd-Cube's next game+ Amiibo compatibility
Project Guard
Maybe
Pikmin 4
Mario Strikers/ Mario Super Sluggers
Don't count on it
A Third Party presence invited to show support for NX.
Currently Playing: Steamworld Heist, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Tales of Graces F
Forget the announcements, I predict a good presentation
pretty much agree with @Tinglz. Nintendo's E3 2015 was... eh?
as for Xbox One. a release date for Recore would be nice.
and sony... i don't know where to start right now. (i just got a PS4 xD)
While the announcements were less than stellar, Nintendo's puppet presentation was fantastic!

I can't really agree, the puppets were pretty boring. E3 2014 was better in both presentation and content.

The puppets were good. Now that they've got the relationship with the Jim Henson company, it would be fantastic if Nintendo made a Metroid TV series in a similar vein to Farscape.

Why must you always be disagreeable...though I'll admit 2014's show was better.

Why must Nintendo be so continually disappointing? If 2013 and 2015's lineups are the new standard for Nintendo's level of quality then odds are I may not be a Nintendo fan much longer.
@Bolt_Strike: Yeah, FE:A, ALBW, Super Mario 3D world, New Leaf, Pikmin 3, Rayman Legends, The Wonderful 101, are just some of the games released in 2013. Nintendo had a decent year but 2015 was a bit sad but other major games have been delayed multiple times.
