Topic: 10 first-party GameCube games we'd love to see in HD

I think it would be nice to have a Pikmin Trilogy much like the Prime Trilogy. Also I would want to add Luigi's Mansion somewhere on your list. I would take off SSBM because I would rather just get SSM4 faster. Melee was great but I just don't think I would want it again, unless they push back SSB4 until 2016.

To be honest it was hard to chose only 10 and for whatever reason i always forget Pikmin ?? If they push SSB4 to 2016 I may stroke out lol

This is an awesome list. I'd change a couple if I cared, which I don't since I have nearly every GCN game I'll ever need.

If Mario Kart Double Dash got the Wind Waker HD treatment and added some worthwhile online features (unlike 7), that would be a better Mario Kart than anything Nintendo is going to whip up.

I would love if they remade the first two Metal Gear games that were on the NES, and made with the Fox Engine and Wii U exclusives. That would be so dope.

I wouldn't mind playing Twilight Princess again if it got the full Wii U treatment but I'm not sure whether I'd bother with any of the others... especially the non-story games. I love Mario Kart for eg but truth be told Mario Kart is Mario Kart so an older version with less features isn't really that appealing unless it's Super Mario Kart on the GamePad.

The irony is that of all these games Twilight Princess is the only one I actually own.

Luigi's Mansion with the gamepad used as a camera for ghost hunting and F-Zero Gx with online championships

Pikmin and Chibi-Robo are the only Nintendo games I had for the brief time I owned a GameCube so that's it for me.

Pretty good list. Not first party, but I'd like to see Resident Evil Remake in HD.

I'd like to see what they could do with Luigi's Mansion, Starfox Assault, and Super Mario Sunshine.
Other than that, we're already getting new Mario Kart and Pikmin games and i'd hope for a brand new F-Zero rather than an HD port.

Indeed. REmake's atmosphere was so awesome. It was the perfect survival horror game.

Where in the WORLD is Chibi-Robo! on that list?

How about Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door?

This thread won't be much fun without trolls telling us which games we can't enjoy in HD.

But while we're going strong, I would add Viewtiful Joe 1 and 2.
