Dang it Nintendo i am getting fed up with these terrible VC games! When are the good games coming? such as:

Super Mario Kart
EarthBound
Sonic & Knuckles
MegaMan VII
Mario Party 1-2-3
MegaMan X
Star Fox
Super Mario World 2:Yoshi's Island
Knuckles Chaotix
Mario Tennis
Sonic CD

Iwata came to the house yesterday, and he said those games are all coming out Monday. He said to thank you all for repeatedly making threads like this; otherwise, he'd never have known there was a demand for these games.

So many that is getting old, I know the VC release schedule sucks, I may even be as mad as mariofan5000 if I didn't have most of those games already, but these threads do not help, they just make people remember how angry they are, how is that good?

I'm sorry but Sonic CD? Probably not for a while, there. But I can agree for the millionth time. We'll all march to NOA with Dee Snider! Where's our Smash??? Lucky Europe...

No-one's going to flame you, we all agree with what you're saying. And it would be so cool if you could insult someone's Mum and their head just got bitten of by nothing.
And Mario Fan, if it matters to you that badly that these games aren't on VC, go aquire a copy through other means. And by that I mean spend $150 on a SNES and a copy of Earthbound, not by downloading an emulator. Because by emulating you aren't supporting second hand markets on eBay, and robbing people who hoard old games from their rightful profit.

Why should that be supported? A lot more people want to play Earthbound than there are second hand copies to go around. Heck, some people only emulate games because Nintendo hasn't put them on the Virtual Console; just wanting to be able to experience the game rather owning a rare cartridge.

I see nothing wrong in emulating games that aren't commercially available, as long as you buy them if and when they become available. Heh, I thought Nintendo was against used games anyway.

This is exactly my stance, and the only time I will resort to bootlegging something. I'm not rich, but I'm not against paying for my music / games / films / etc. If they are not available, though, I don't see why I can't resort to a bootleg. I give preferential treatment to the official channels, so my conscience is clear as long as an official release is not forthcoming.

Buying games off Ebay is just as bad as emulating the games.

You're not "robbing" people who buy games just to sell them years later for much more than they're worth.

Both ways are playing the game without paying the developer, they're both bad.

I'll pay Nintendo 900 Wii Points today if they gave us Earthbound on the Virtual Console.
