What kind of new systems will Wii U announce on it's VC. I'm REALLY hoping for Sega 32x seeing how difficult it is to find those games let alone you have to buy a 32x AND a Genesis.

I want everything. And if Nintendo doesn't do just that, I'm never going to stop talking about how Nintendo can't do anything right.

Woah is me.

Sega 32X, (If Night Trap is put up, though, I will destroy Sega) Sega Saturn (Sonic Jam or R), Nintendo Gamecube for me.

Gamecube

I'd love to see Saturn and Dreamcast as well, but I hear that even now, they're incredibly hard to emulate.

The Xbox is actually capable of running DC games, so I think the wii U could do it too. Let's hope so!

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE SEGA SATURN! But, I personally believe the only true way to play Sega Saturn Classics is on a Sega Saturn. Still I'm up for Sega Saturn VC

Unless the Wii U has a Saturn literally built into it, it won't emulate the Saturn. Top end PCs can't either, so I hear.

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

There's a difference between running an emulator on a PC and on a game console. A PC must also run an operating system side-by-side the emulator, which is why there are problems. Gaming consoles don't have as much going on in the OS department, allowing more resources to be used on the game / emulator.

Honestly, I think they could get any system to work, but some may require a lot of work. They may even have to go into the game code in each game to alter things to make it work. So, yeah, it could be a lot of work, but I'm pretty sure it could be done.

That being said, obviously, the more systems the better. Basically every system that they could get the rights to would be cool. I'd love to play the original Metal Gear on the MSX. And the actual arcade version of Donkey Kong. I really want to see more n64 games than what the Wii has, too, though.

Wow, if that's true that's just ridiculous. Especially when you consider how easily even the Wii emulates the N64, which is a lot more powerful than the Saturn. It's still amazing to me how bad SEGA botched the Saturn in basically every way. It's like they were trying to make the system fail.

Yeah, the Saturn is really awkward to emulate. I don't recall the exact technical details as to why it is though.

Saturn emulation is possible. Panzer Dragoon Orta on the Xbox included the original Panzer Dragoon game and it was emulated perfectly.

BTW Bass, I believe the difficulty in emulating the Saturn has to do with the system having 2 different processors, with one built for 2D and one for 3D.

I'm hoping more arcade games. GameCube will most likely be done on the U. Saturn and Dreamcast would be cool too, if they translate some of the Japan only stuff.

...in my pants.

They said the Wii U will have 8g of hard drive. But there are GC games of 2 discs (1 disk is 1.5g). Nintendo should send hard drives of 250g not only 8g.
