Nintendo owned 49%. The Stamper brothers still held majority.
Currently Playing: TMNT II: The Arcade game
NIntendo Fanatic & King of NES Tekkidome!
@Waveboy: I remember Snake Rattle and Roll. I use to play that game all the time with my brother when we were kids. Alas it will probably never see the VC since it was made by Rare. Darn you Microsoft!!!!

That's Rare's creation. The only chance it has of showing up is on Xbox Live Arcade, and even then I'd say it's highly unlikely.
Awesome Sonic Forum!
I'm a LONG time reader of Virtual Console Reviews (and I mean a LONG time - long before The Virtual Console Archive had its name changed), reader of WiiWare World since its launch.
Splatterhouse (The original Arcade Version) for the Arcade VC.unlike the Turbo Grafx version which looks and sounds completely inferior, has a weaker presentation and is missing the games intro. Not only that but for some reason Turbo Grafx VC games including this one all look blurry and soft for some reason, blame it on the emulation I guess.
Anyways, Splatterhouse for the Turbo Grafx put me in a bummed out mood, then I saw how awesome the Arcade version was and 'wished' i would of experienced that one instead.

For the best Wii U HD experience, Mad Catz Wii Component Cable in 1080p
They should put the N64 Pokemon games on there for the fun of it...
Now there's an idea: Atlus should release the SMT series in the west!

Main Final Fantasy & Quest/Shinobi Team fan...but I do like many SEGA games and a few Nintendo games.
I can be cute if I want to be, but I choose not to...as it's not my style.

But they're all in Japanese.:/

Well, I personally think they need more N64 games, like Mario Party and DK64.

Welcome to NintendoLife, LuigiTheGreenFire. The thing about the first Mario Party is that there was one mini-game which caused blisters due to gamers deciding to rotate the control stick using their palms, which is why Nintendo decided to skip to Mario Party 2.

Is it okay to post suggestions for 3DS Virtual Console games? If so, here are some titles I would like to see released:
. Donkey Kong '94. Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters. Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins. Kirby's Dream Land. Tetris DX. Metroid II: Return of Samus
I'm back (for the moment)!
@Yakko - I'm sure it's okay.
@PunnyGuy: I dont see why not it is VC after all the Forum section doesnt state Wii Virtual Console it just states Virtual Console. Maybe in the next few months it will be changed who knows.
But there is this thread as well in the 3DS section as well so I guess if you want you can post there as well.
Joe & MacMotherEarthBoundAll of the Asterix gamesAll the Square-Enix RPGsAll the relevant Indiana Jones titles though it would be nice if the Last Crusade graphic adventure got in aswell.
I'd love to see the arcade version of Sega's Thunder Blade!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QfhRzhbXAPc
RARE GAMES!!! Original Goldeneye, Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie, Diddy Kong Racing, Perfect Dark, Donkey Kong 64. Will we ever get them on Virtual Console?
