The only ones I can think of at this point that I'd like to see appear would be the licensed games that won't, such as Ducktales and TMNT: The Arcade Game. The Simpsons Arcade Game would be pretty sweet also. I would say the Mortal Kombat games too if I didn't already have the Midway collection.

It was released in America as a Jetsons game but we won't be getting that. So I guess the non-licensed Japanese version would have to do instead.

Nintendo owns Super Mario RPG and got permission from Square to put it on the VC (to use their characters that is). Earthbound is NOT the same thing

In order for Breath of Fire: The Dragon Warrior to be released on the Western VC, Square-Enix and Capcom are gonna have to come to an agreement. The first time around, Square published and translated the game for America, because it was Capcom's first ever RPG (which they developed). Square had more experience translating games than Capcom did, which is why Square brought the game to America.

I'd like to see the Namco arcade games that Japan got on the VC back in 2009. I know there's Namco Museum Megamix coming to Wii in retail but that only includes a small amount of the games that they got on VC.

I'd also like to see Namco N64 games (Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness and Ridge Racer 64) but that won't happen because 3rd party N64 games aren't coming to the VC for some reason

The only ones I can think of are Star Fox and Live a Live.
