Yeah, this game is messed up with the classic for some reason, you have to play with it upside down. I think the joysticks got mixed up or something. hehe

be very careful with the c-stick, because it seriously sucks playing OoT with it instead of the c-buttons

Well I just played it . I thought it would be worse with the CC buy I've gotten used to it. I'm just notn sure how get past the gaurds the the start to get to Zelda
I really disliked this when first got it as had absolutely no idea where to go or what to do. Hours and hours of wandering around not knowing what to do isn't much fun. I think I'll give it another go after I've finished Link to the Past, though - I think I'm getting more used to how Zelda games play now.
GC controler is far better. Feels more like the N64 controler.
That story about using the Classic Controller upside-down reminds me of my first experience with Mario Kart Wii. I thought the Wii logo on the wheel faced toward you, and then it confused me when I turned left and he went right.

really? that was the easiest part for me, never been caught. but the game gets difficult in an extreme fashion. i had to check guides on the web. also played first time on VC.
So ends a saga older than time itself. The World's oldest and fiercest army has been led to victory, and a lost generation is delivered from its fear of extinction. As the sun sets over the field of conflict the dinosaurs disperse, hoping never to set foot in this place a...
The game can get confusing at times. I think I had to use a walkthrough once because I couldn't find a key in the water palace. It's a good game and better than Twilight Princess despite the dated visuals. Lot's of secrets you can't expect to find the first time through.
MM was fine with the classic to me. I don't really remember having a problem with it. Although, it is in better shape than my N64 controllers

My tip: Use the GameCube controller, it works much better in Majora's Mask. I have the GameCube version of OoT but it plays identical. Haven't tried out the Classic Controller Pro, though.

I agree, GC controller is great for these. The item buttons map to X, Y and Z, and lock-on to L, so if you've played Wind Waker or GC Twilight Princess you'll already be completely familiar with the controls. Just press the C-stick upwards to talk to Navi.
