That article leads me to believe that Reggie is either playing the fool, with full intent on blowing our minds when VC for DSi is announced....

....or we get nothing. And that makes no sense! Nintendo, my wallet would essentially be YOURS. I have 2 DS Lites and see no reason to switch to the new handheld. But give me the opportunity to download your past library of classic GB/GBC/GBA games, with optional color features, as well as games from other handhelds? That would force my hand absolutely and unquestionably! sigh

My top 5 are:

Donkey Kong '94 (with SGB colors or better)
Metroid II: Return of Samus (Colored, please!)
Link's Awakening DX (and both Oracles)
Gargoyle's Quest (Thanks for reminding me of that one, Ragnor!)

And without any doubt......Mother 3.

EVERY ZELDA GAME EVER RELEASED. Did it every occur to anybody but me the DS is a perfect fit for Game & Watch? So I want the Zelda Game & Watch. Super Mario Advances, and the obvious.

And Mother 3 because they could just use the fan translated ROM and release that, it would be really easy Reggie, I promise. Please do it... PLEASE!

Mother 1+2? If they would trans 3, why not 1+2?

Never said they shouldn't. That would be great, but we already have Earthbound translated, and the NES game is nowhere near as brilliant as its successors. I could sleep easily without an official release of Mother 1, though it would be the icing on the cake if it came out, too. Mother 3 is the best of the bunch and hasn't been released anywhere but Japan in any form or even translated (Mother 1 has a complete English translation sitting around in Reggie's desk somewhere), so it's what I want most.

Mother 1+2 would make more money as seperate Wii releases.

I'm glad that there are some other Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga supporters out there, the Virtual Handheld would never be complete without it.
