1. Do not release VC 2.0 until you are granted rights to Kawasaki, DC Comics, Marvel Comics, and Rare. Then, update all the games to their original versions. 2. Fix any bugs reported 3. Provide force feedback and support any other peripherals 4. Release a new Classic Controler with the cord moved to the top, but no grips 5. Release an arcade controler for the Virtual Console Arcade releases

Arcade controller - are you thinking of stuff like an integrated trackball? There is the Hori Fighting Stick, which I use for VC Arcade games. Most important - 50/60Hz option please!
VC 2.0 just doesn't seem logical, let alone with the points you've brought up.
1. That'd fix up at very most ten games and perhaps add a few new ones. Heck, it'd just be changing sprites around, so the games wouldn't even play any differently. 2. Err... I believe they do this anyways. That's what the updates are for VC games; patches. 3. Rumble? For all ten games that support it? It'd be nice. I don't get what you mean by this:
4. This just isn't a smart business move. If you really want one, just mod one yourself. :/ 5. If you need an arcade stick, there are third party sticks floating around.
Bacon, RPG elements and cute girls, what more could you want?
@lz2009 Unless games companies pay to renew licensing fees, they have to modify VC games so as not infringe on other companies intellectual property - for example, Spider-man goes pink and the Marilyn Monroe portraits are gone in the VC release of Shinobi, or say, the car in the Dreamcast version of Shenmue's Outrun is no longer a Ferrari...
Games totally based on licensed property are unlikely to get a release as it would cost to much and modifying would fundamentally alter the original. Though, of course, Lucas Arts has recently showed it can happen on the VC...
The points you've posted, Starfox, imo are non issues. More importantantly I'm praying we'll be able to transfer our digital downloads to the next console. As far as VC 2.0, I would like to see online multiplayer.
And to be fair, with VC games, by definition they are old or older so there's plenty of reviews, and word-of-mouth info out there to help make decisions about what games to purchase, assuming you've not played it already at some point in the past.
Release a new Classic Controler with the cord moved to the top, but no grips
Not going to happen. The Classic Controller Pro tells that prongs are the way forward. No prongs would be a step backwards.
Provide REFUNDS!
How about demos for everything instead? That way you can play a game briefly before deciding to purchase it. Refunds would just be abused by people wanting free games.
Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.
I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!
i just want more systems and more big name games that would require companies to get over their petty legal differences for franchises they're never going to use again anyway (seriously, what does Rare gain by not releasing DK 64? are they going to make another Dk game? )

I'll give out my ideas for the Virtual Console 2.0: 1. These systems should be supported: Current: Nintendo Entertainment System Super Nintendo Entertainment System Nintendo 64 Sega Master System Sega Genesis Commodore 64 TurboGrafx-16 Neo Geo Virtual Console Arcade
New: MSX Sega Saturn Nintendo Gamecube Sega Dreamcast 3DO Atari 2600 Atari Jaguar Atari 5200 Atari 7800 Commodore Amiga 2. Be able to support all games from the systems above and a little more. 3. Twice as cheap as Virtual Console now. 4. Online Multiplayer for Virtual Console Arcade, Sega Dreamcast, Sega Saturn, Nintendo 64, Neo Geo, and Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Any Virtual Console Arcade and Neo Geo games can have online multiplayer, but other systems listed can only have online multiplayer with games that originally supported it. 5. Fix some licensing issues to get games on the Virtual Console. So many great games have been prevented by this, I wish next generation, Nintendo would try to solve some licensing issues.
