Are There any differences in any of the virtual Arcade games compared to their counterparts in compilations?

I don't know. Some emulation issues might be fixed for future games on VCA.

Well for the Namco games it's basically just the interface and what configuration options there are. The compilations seem to lack insert coin buttons, but that's all I know of really.

I'm hoping that Galaga eventually shows up and will be better than the crap port on the Namco Museum 50th Anniversary for Gamecube.

How was the port crap?

It's noticeably slower than the arcade (especially the audio) and the graphics look a bit blurred (admittedly this could be due to presentation of a Gamecube game over component video).

Crap is probably extreme, but I hate hearing the slowed down music after the challenging stages; it really really pisses me off.
