Well, in this latest Top 20, Mega Man X is the first VC release here in the US to make any impact since Mario Party 2, debuting at 15 (didn't I read in some article that the Blue Bomber isn't popular in the US... LOL). Will be interesting to see the kind of impact Final Fantasy III/VI and Chrono Trigger have here! Otherwise, most of the list has stayed the same as last time I did it. Mario fills the top 5, but Ocarina of Time has risen higher than I can remember in a while at 6.

Two new games. After only one week, Adventure Island II reaches the seventh spot. It's a great game so good for you Adventure Island II. We also see the return of Sonic The Hedgehog 3 at 16. But where two come, two have to go. This time it's The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (7 last week and breaking this run of all VC Zelda's) and Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest (19 last week).

The biggest climber is Donkey Kong Country, but only with two spot. The biggest droppers are Super Mario Kart and Kirby's Fun Pak, both with three spots.

Only one new game this week. We see Secret of Mana entering at 16. I don't remember seeing this game in the list before so it's a bit of a surprise. It means we have to say goodbye to Super Smash Bros. for now.

The biggest climber is Super Mario Bros. 2 with ten spots from 16 to 6. It's funny how this game sometimes seem to free fall to the bottom of the list but climbs back into the top ten just as quickly. The biggest dropper is Mario Kart 64 with six spots from 7 to 13.
