@ReddLionz72: I agree with that reason...I've been considering downloading it since I watched that episode.

Which brings me to an interesting theory: If Nintendo Week is actually capable of influencing sales like that, they could just highlight more third party VC games to improve service support! Oh, but that assumes they'd increase VC coverage IN GENERAL, not to mention that the first-to-third-party ratio is very skewed on that show. Still, it'd be nice.

I have seven of the top 20 games on VC. Many of them, I have other versions I prefer, while there are a few I simply haven't gotten around to downloading as they're not high-priority titles for me.

I gotta buy Punch-Out and Super Metroid soon, I've been holding out on it too long.

One new game this week. Pokémon Snap enters at 20, pushing out Super Metroid (20 last week) in the process.

No changes till the sixth spot. Our biggest climber is The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past with six spots from 16 to 10. Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! climbs six spots too from 19 to 13. Donkey Kong Country is also doing well with four spots from 10 to 6.

Biggest droppers are Mario Kart 64 with five spots from 11 to 16 and Pac-Man with five spots from 14 to 19.

I don't think it the lack of third party support. I think it's the lack of people buying anything other then the familiar names (and faces).

Two new games this week. Paper Mario at 16 and with Zelda II at 19 we have all the VC Zelda's in the list again, something that happend after the E3 for the last time. This comes at the expense of Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels and Pokemon Snap (20 last week).

It is a good week for Zelda as well. Except for the first NES Zelda, all climb the list. Ocarina of Time is even the biggest climber with six spots from 13 to 7. The Metroid: Other M effect is still in full effect since Super Metroid climbs 5 spots from 14 to 9. The biggest dropper is Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars with nine spots from 8 to 17.

Shocking, we got a new number one. Super Mario Bros. exchanges spots with (what seems like) the eternal number one, Super Mario Bros. 3. Well this is huge, this isn't our biggest climber this week. That honor is for The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask with eight spots from 16 to 8.

Strangely another Zelda game is our biggest dropper. A Link to the Past drops four spots from 12 to 16.
