Alright, right now im in the place where Mallow is supposed to be king. Anyways, did you know therebate secret bosses? The only one I found was Formless...he was in Belome's Temple floating around...

I know of Culex later on which plays to the FF4 battle theme.

There's Formless hanging out in the area with the sand pits as well... one of the screens has a cloud floating around that you can just barely get to. J.K. mentioned Culex, he hangs out in Monstro Town (you'll need to have a Shiny Stone to unlock the door; to get the Stone you'll need to purchase a Fireworks for 500 coins in Moleville and trade it to the little girl mole there). There's Jinx in Monstro Town as well, though he's not really a secret so much as he is optional.

Are there specific enemies you're trying to find or something, Wooperman1? I don't entirely understand what it is you're looking for just from the OP, lol.

Ooh I love this game so much! ('twas my first game ever.) My bro used to play it so often while I just sat and watched. Ah, good times.

Anyway, I never knew that Formless was considered a boss. Also, is there a way to fight Kamek in the Forest Maze? Cuz in the opening cinematic, it shows Mario fighting him in the Forest.

No, most of the stuff in the opening was just for show.

@tbd: I found Culex pretty easy, but I think I had a time of it taking down Jinx... XP

Yeah. Jinx is hard if you don't know his moves. There was one that could kill you in one shot.

@Qwikman: i don't really think Formless is considered a 'boss', but it is an enemy you wouldn't normally come up against during play. Most of the enemies go out of their way to attack you, but the little Formless clouds you have to hunt down and almost force to fight you.

come to think of it, another enemy you kinda hafta hunt down and force to fight you are the Lakitus... there's the one just before you reach the Mushroom Kingdom for the first time, and then there's one in Booster Pass iirc. It's possible to get into a fight with the both of them, though it's hard as hell, and i've only done it once with the one just outside the Mushroom Kingdom.

@MM: thing with that move, though, is that it's easily blockable. just have the Princess in your party, and you're all set with her Group Hug (and Come Back if you're maybe not so good at Timed Blocks, lol).

Where are the best places to level up Nimbus Land and below?

I usually like to level in Bean Valley. Just fight your way through it a couple times without skipping any enemies and you'll be more than leveled enough to take on the next stage of the game, lol. Hope you didn't forget to collect the Seed that the Shy Guy drops after you beat Megasmilax :3

Oh yeah and don't forget the fertilizer, either. (I believe its in Nimbus Land on the edge of the map. U have to walk on air to get it.)

You use it with fertilizer in a new area in Rose Town to grow a beanstalk that leads to the Lazy Shell (Mario's strongest weapon) and the Lazy Shell Armor (most powerful armor, works best on Toadstool).

guys, he said he just got to Nimbus Land... the Fertilizer isn't available until after you've beaten the boss there :3

Any advice on how to beat Valentina? My ppl are level 17...and their HP is in the 100s...Bowser has 156, Mario has 143, Geno has 145, Peach has 136, and Mallow has 137.
The weapons they have are:
Mario has a Super Hammer
Bowser has a Spiked Link
Geno has a Hand Gun
Peach has a War Fan
Mallow has Whomp Gloves
Any advice on weapons to equip?

@Wooperman1: sounds like you've got the latest equipment, just make sure you've got their latest armor on 'em and some good accessories (depending on who you've fought already or what items you've found hidden/were given for completing events properly, you could use the Safety Badge/Ring, Amulet, Troopa Pin, Jinx Belt, or Rare Scarf). you'll want Peach in your party, but make sure she's not in the middle of your battle formation -- Dodo fights a duel with whoever's in the center, just like Johnny does with Mario in the Sunken Ship.

to make the battle easier for you, you'll probably want to send Bowser in the center spot so that he goes up against Dodo. Hope you got the Feather during the 'pretend to be a statue' bit, though if you don't have that you can use the Zoom Shoes to speed him up. when you get back to fighting the two of them together, focus on Valentina. if you beat her, Dodo will follow iirc.

@Wooperman1: if you're consistently having this much trouble with the game, you might want to check out GameFAQs, lol.

that said, make sure you equip everyone with the Fire armor at Hinopio's, and stock up on Pick Me Ups/healing items if you don't plan to take Toadstool into battle. You'll want to take out Pink first (she heals them), then Green (their mage), Black or Yellow, and Red last. Once they're gone, they'll have the Ax itself hit you with its Beam, which deals big damage to your entire party. Just keep your party healed and revive them with Toadstool or the aforementioned items between blasts of the beam and hit 'im for all you've got.

Woot! Beat this game for the SECOND time!
